Jared Roach started Extraordinaire in 2009 - first as a handyman, then, as his eye for fence work sharpened, as a specialist. In 2015 his wife Sara came on as partner, bringing the financial and construction side, and in 2017 they planted the flag as Extraordinaire Fence Company.

It’s still a family operation: the owners are on the jobs, and the name on the truck is the name that answers the phone. Seventeen years in one market - knowing the soil, the property lines, the way a Sioux Falls winter tests a fence - shows up in the finish.
