- It's the most economical fence, it's maintenance-free, and it still lasts 35+ years. It's also the most common security-fence option.
- What gauge do you use?
- 11-gauge wire with .065 pipe for residential, and heavier 9-gauge for commercial. A smaller wire gauge and thicker pipe mean a more durable fence - worth comparing apples to apples between contractors.
- Can I get privacy with chain link?
- Yes - add privacy slats (black, brown, gray, tan, or white) or shade cloth. We also do vinyl-coated chain link in black or brown for a cleaner look.
- Do I need a permit?
- Within city limits, yes - and some counties require a placement permit too. We'll point you in the right direction.
